SWISS GREEN BEANS
2-9 oz. pkgs. French cut green beans 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. sugar 1 cup sour cream 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
Cook beans as directed and drain. Melt butter, stir in flour, pepper, onion, and sugar. Add sour cream; stir until smooth over low heat. Remove and fold in beans. Spread in greased oblong pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Make a topping of some bread crumbs and butter and spread over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees uncovered 20-30 minutes.
